Job Description

The Seventeenth-Century English Literature Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules focused on literature from the 1600s in England. The successful candidate will conduct independent research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to the development of new academic programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and seminars on seventeenth-century works and theorists.
  • Run tutorial sessions to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Publish research findings in reputable journals.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD required, with a strong publication record in the field of seventeenth-century English literature
