Job Description

We are looking for a Researcher to play a key role in our insights team. You will conduct detailed analyses, synthesize data, and present your findings to support our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and academic research across various domains.
  • Prepare research summaries and presentations for different audiences.
  • Work with data analysis tools to compile and visualise complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and support organisational goals.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with standard research protocols.
  • Stay abreast of new research trends and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior researchers or interns and assist in their development.
  • Contribute to publications and research papers as required.
  • Present findings in team meetings and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Statistics)
  • Master's degree in Research Methods is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a research role, preferably within a consulting or academic setting.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
