Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and conduct innovative research in various clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical trial plans in collaboration with the research team.
  • Review and approve study-related documents before submission to ethics committees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Engage with study participants and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collect and manage data in accordance with the trial protocol.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on trial protocols and safety measures.
  • Coordinate with laboratories for sample collection and analysis.
  • Report adverse events and maintain safety data for all participants.
  • Assist in the budgeting and financial management for clinical studies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of grant applications and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working in clinical trial coordination.
