Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive educational curricula aligned with organisational goals.
• Engage in community outreach to promote training programmes.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff and participants.
• Evaluate and report on program outcomes to senior management.
• Lead efforts to secure funding and resources for training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Education Management
• PhD in Education is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in educational program design and implementation

Certifications

• Educational Leadership Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
