Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Lab Pharmacist to manage medication dispensation and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and assisting patients with medication-related queries.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety before dispensing.
• Educate patients regarding their medications to promote adherence and safety.
• Monitor patient outcomes related to drug therapy and adjust medications as necessary.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Provide input on formulary decisions and medication procurement.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Contribute to a positive work environment that supports teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Pharmacy or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in clinical pharmacy is advantageous
