Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction activities on-site and ensure all operations are running smoothly.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams.
• Review and approve project plans and specifications.
• Handle budgeting and financial management for projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all stages of construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g. MCIOB, RICS) are a plus

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
