Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Troubleshooter to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and extensive experience in identifying and resolving production issues. As a Production Troubleshooter, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations and minimising downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that occur during the manufacturing process.
  • Work closely with production teams to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of troubleshooting activities and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Identify potential hazards in the manufacturing environment and establish preventive measures.
  • Train staff on best practices for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with management on the status of production issues.
  • Review and analyze production data to support decision-making.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications or a degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar troubleshooting role within a production environment
