Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tech Innovations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality for our software products. You will design and implement testing processes while collaborating with developers to create robust solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and system testing.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Interact with Customer Support to understand user-reported issues.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of bug fixes.
• Contribute to technical documentation related to testing.
• Utilise tools like Selenium for automation tasks.
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Quality Assurance

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• JIRA

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• CSTE (Certified Software Tester)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Experience in security testing: Knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
