Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of our healthcare facility in Wolverhampton. The role involves supporting patient care delivery, managing healthcare operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure patient records are maintained in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Assist in the financial management of the department, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to improve communication.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to patient care and administrative functions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare settings
