Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications
  • Administer IVs and other specialized care as needed
  • Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care
  • Ensure patient comfort and manage pain effectively
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities
  • Advocate for the patients' rights and well-being

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., ICU, pediatrics) are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
