Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager with a proven track record in managing clinical trials from inception to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and operational execution of clinical trials in collaboration with clinical project teams.
  • Ensure all clinical trials adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement study-specific plans, including monitoring, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and healthcare professionals involved in trials.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper budget management and forecast for clinical trial expenses.
  • Collect, manage, and analyse data collected during trials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support the trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree in Clinical Research or similar field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing clinical trials with interpersonal skills
