Job Description

As a pharmacist at Health Plus Pharmacy in Brighton, you will play a critical role in patient health by dispensing medications, counselling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Your expertise will not only enhance patient care but also contribute to the overall efficiency of pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilise clinical knowledge to assess medication therapy management for patients.
• Provide drug utilization reviews to optimise patient therapy.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Implement medication therapy management programs for patients with chronic diseases.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers for patient referrals.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience required
