Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Technician Assistant to join our team at Dental Services Ltd. This role involves supporting dental technicians in fabricating dental appliances, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Help fabricate dental appliances under the guidance of skilled technicians.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and tools used in the laboratory.
• Assist with patient care during appointments as necessary.
• Ensure the laboratory meets all health and safety regulations.
• Provide support to the dental team in administration and logistics.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent
• Further qualifications in Dental Technology preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in dental assisting or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Prosthetic Fabrication Skills
• Lab Equipment Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with digital dentistry: Knowledge of digital tools and technologies in dentistry is a plus.
• Previous exposure to laboratory environments: Experience working in a dental laboratory setting.
