Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead quality assurance audits and inspections.
• Implement training programs to enhance understanding of quality compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement activities.
• Convene cross-departmental teams to address quality issues.
• Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management.
• Develop benchmarks for evaluating quality assurance performance.
• Facilitate discussions on findings and resolutions with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality management
