Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our clinic in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare settings and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient record management and billing accuracy.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage clinic resources effectively.
  • Assist in staff recruitment and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate compliance audits and health inspections.
  • Prepare timely reports on operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives for healthcare delivery.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant healthcare certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
