Job Description

As a Healthcare Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Your expertise will help in the development, implementation, and management of compliance programs, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance training initiatives for healthcare staff to ensure understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and revise compliance documentation for accuracy and relevance.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and manage corrective actions.
  • Ensure that compliance objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies and ensure proper documentation for inspections.
  • Report compliance-related findings to the Chief Compliance Officer and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a culture of compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications like CPHQ or CPAM preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance role
