Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pharmacist to join our Bradford pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on proper medication use, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and safety.
  • Counsel patients on the use of medications, including potential side effects.
  • Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Implement medication therapy management programmes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Support the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Participate in community health fairs and outreach programmes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations affecting pharmacy practice.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy
Experience
  • Registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years of pharmacy experience
