Job Description

As a Psychiatric Technician, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral disorders. This position involves the implementation of effective behavioral strategies to aid our clients and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs of clients with behavioral disorders.
  • Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in behavioral interventions.
  • Foster therapeutic relationships with clients to encourage their participation in treatment.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Educate families about behavioral issues and intervention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in the care of clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders is highly advantageous.
