Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain farm equipment including tractors and harvesters.
• Collaborate with other technicians to enhance service efficiency.
• Identify faulty components and replace or repair them as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot machinery problems.
• Advise customers on best practices for equipment maintenance.
• Document all service activities in compliance with industry standards.
• Support training and mentoring of junior technicians.
• Participate in ongoing education to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the implementation of new servicing techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Machinery Maintenance

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working with agricultural machinery

Technical Skills

• Farming Equipment Knowledge
• Diagnostic Equipment Utilization

Certifications

• Forklift Certification (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
