Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing first-line support, and ensuring that our IT systems operate smoothly. You will be instrumental in maintaining user satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to support requests.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot printer, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees with IT systems.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is properly configured and operational.
  • Provide input on IT budgeting and purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes and troubleshooting methods.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional IT certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
