Job Description

As a Learning Development Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive training programmes that align with our organisational objectives. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in instructional design and a passion for driving employee engagement through innovative learning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of tailored training initiatives across the organisation.
  • Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Analyse metrics to gauge training effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external training events.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with management to create succession planning and career development programmes.
  • Respond to training-related queries and support employee development needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Training or Development is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a Learning Development role
