Job Description

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our research team, analyzing market data and consumer feedback to generate actionable insights. Your expertise will directly influence our strategic decision-making and help us to deepen our understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of consumer data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with product managers to provide insights into consumer preferences.
  • Create and maintain reports that track market trends and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development of survey instruments to gather consumer insights.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups for deeper consumer understanding.
  • Communicate findings effectively through reports and presentations.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with external research agencies when needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences is preferred
  • Postgraduate qualifications in market research are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in market research or insights role
