Job Description

As a Construction Manager in Coventry, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with teams, managing budgets, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and manage construction crews.
• Ensure that all work is performed to specifications and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their schedules and activities.
• Implement effective quality control measures and resolve issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare documentation and reports on project status and compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork on site.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Construction or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in project management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of construction project experience is required
