Telecom Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Telecom Infrastructure Manager to lead the design and deployment of telecom systems. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of telecom infrastructure projects.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure effective execution of network deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve telecom issues.
• Conduct regular assessments of current infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor telecom network performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for telecom operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure management
