Job Description

As a Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining equipment, programming machines, and ensuring the quality of fabricated parts for various industries, primarily aerospace and automotive.

Responsibilities

  • Perform machine setup, calibration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Utilize measuring tools to ensure product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Adhere to quality and safety standards in all procedures.
  • Implement improvements in machine operations for efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in CNC machining or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in CNC programming preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a CNC milling role.
