Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team and ensure the efficient production of high-quality aluminum products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of aluminum fabrication processes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the fabrication department.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and challenges.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through effective communication.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
  • Review equipment maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for materials.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and production metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning for operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational or technical qualification in aluminum fabrication or a related field
  • Health and safety certification
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication and previous supervisory experience.
