Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Production Manager, where you will lead and oversee the production process, ensuring that efficiency and quality standards are maintained across all operations. You will be at the forefront of driving productivity and managing a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure maximum utilisation of resources.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to optimise production input.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance skill sets and improve productivity.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve process efficiency.
  • Oversee the safety procedures in place to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and forecast future production needs.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to facilitate product improvements.
  • Manage production budgets and initiate cost-saving wherever possible.
  • Facilitate team meetings to review production progress and address issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) - advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production management role.
