We are looking for skilled Anodizers to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will operate anodizing equipment, monitor processes, and troubleshoot any issues ensuring the highest level of product quality.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate anodizing machinery while ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the anodizing process, making adjustments to parameters as necessary.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work with team members to establish production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
Train new employees on anodizing processes and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of production outcomes and equipment performance.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training or certification related to metal processing is preferred
Experience
Experience with different types of metals and alloys is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
Ability to follow precise instructions

Strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Languages
