Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tape making machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tape making machines according to production requirements
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor material levels
• Inspect finished product for quality and make adjustments as necessary
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and record production data
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition
• Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth running
• Respond to any operational discrepancies promptly
• Adhere to quality assurance standards set by the company

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
