Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Blankmaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality blanks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while meeting production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new blankmaking procedures.
• Monitor production runs and adjust machinery as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct training for new personnel on machinery operation.
• Maintain accurate records of production volumes and disposition.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the quality assurance team in audits.
• Contribute to team discussions on efficiency and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in manufacturing or textile processes

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing processes is preferred.
