Production Worker

Job Description

A Reel Operator is responsible for operating machinery that produces reels of various materials. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production rates to maximize output.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Work closely with quality assurance to resolve any defects.
• Keep equipment and tools prepared for operation.
• Assist in setting up and disassembling machines for production runs.
• Adhere to operational and safety protocols set by the management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Document production processes and outcomes.
• Actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No specific experience required, on-the-job training will be provided.
