Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production, you will oversee the daily operations of production lines in our facility. Your leadership will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities and workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Evaluate production performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective production schedules.
  • Provide guidance on technical issues as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and upper management.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution among team members.
  • Engage in team building and morale-boosting initiatives.
  • Review and maintain quality assurance documentation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Additional qualifications in management are beneficial.
Experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing.
