Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Paper Cup Machine Tender responsible for operating and maintaining our paper cup manufacturing machine. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery for paper cups.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve processes.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Track raw material inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Report any discrepancies in production to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC): Ability to analyse process flows and suggest improvements.
