Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Box Builder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in box building, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools are key to this role.

Responsibilities

• Assess blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize various tools to cut and shape materials correctly.
• Assemble boxes while ensuring structural integrity and quality.
• Perform quality control checks to verify that products meet specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Work closely with team members to streamline the production process.
• Document any issues encountered during production for review.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational qualifications, preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or box building environment.

Technical Skills
