Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our committed Quality Assurance team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will design test cases, execute tests, and report issues, all while collaborating closely with developers to facilitate quick resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test suites for software products.
• Monitor testing environments and ensure proper configurations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for new features.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to enhance QA processes.
• Help resolve complex issues reported by QA, end-users, or customer support.
• Document testing protocols and maintain test data for future reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

Languages

• English: Fluent
