Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating textile machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. A solid understanding of machine processes and quality control standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor winding and twisting machines to achieve high-quality production.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and product quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.
• Complete production logs and assist in reporting any anomalies.
• Interface with team leads to ensure timely deliveries and resolve production issues.
• Train and mentor junior operators to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and training.
• Work towards maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine operational issues.
• Contribute to an environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• City & Guilds qualification in Textile Technology preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in machine operating within the textile industry
