Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, handling the shipping and receiving of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing goods in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
  • Manage returns and damaged goods efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve logistic efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
