Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Drawing Kiln Operator to join our manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be to operate kilns for the firing of ceramic drawings, maintaining quality standards and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure kilns are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kiln systems to identify potential issues.
  • Train and support junior operators in kiln handling practices.
  • Communicate with supervisors about production progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of production outputs and kiln performance.
  • Implement improvements in kiln operation procedures for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Kiln Operation or related field
Experience
  • Experience with different types of kilns preferred
