Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dye-Tank Tender to join our textile manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining dyeing equipment, monitoring dyeing processes, and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of dyeing machines including setup and troubleshooting.
• Mix dyeing chemicals accurately and prepare solutions.
• Conduct quality checks on dyed fabrics to maintain high standards.
• Document production outputs and maintain equipment logs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with training new staff on dyeing procedures and equipment.
• Work closely with supervisors to improve production efficiency.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules for dyeing equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in textile manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in textile manufacturing or dyeing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Textile Chemistry: Understanding of dye properties and textile chemistry is an advantage.
