Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Golf Club Head Adjuster to join our team. As a Golf Club Head Adjuster, you will customize golf club heads to meet the specific requirements of our customers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of golf club components and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate club heads for adjustments that cater to individual golfer needs.
• Employ various tools for modifications including shaft installations.
• Handle refinishing tasks to improve club aesthetics.
• Guide customers on the best adjustments based on their swing dynamics.
• Document each adjustment in the customer record system.
• Research and apply new technologies in golf club adjustment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Engage with customers to understand their unique playing requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support the Equipment Services team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in golf club fitting is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in golf club head adjustments or related field.
