Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, optimise workflows, and ensure product quality while managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily manufacturing operations to meet production objectives.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
• Evaluate equipment performance and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Establish a collaborative environment within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Operations Management
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with process automation: Hands-on experience with process automation technologies.
