Job Description

As a Wax Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and polishing wax molds that are essential in the jewelry making process. The ideal candidate should possess sharp attention to detail, as well as proficiency in using precision tools and machinery. Your role will directly impact the quality of our products, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cuts and shaping of wax molds based on intricate designs.
• Ensure all polished molds reflect the required visual standards.
• Report any machinery faults or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices and techniques.
• Implement feedback from quality assurance inspections to enhance mold quality.
• Manage inventory of wax supplies and tools, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to collective strategies for improvement.
• Follow production schedules to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in jewelry making or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Languages
