Job Description

We are seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Operate various grinding machines including surface and cylindrical grinders.
• Ensure precision in grinding operations to meet product specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines for optimal performance.
• Keep an eye on material supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Assist in training new operators on machine use and safety standards.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest upgrades.
• Participate in safety audits and report on compliance issues.
• Manage the workflow in the grinding area for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality control processes throughout production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Experience with CNC grinding machines
• Familiarity with measuring tools

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC grinding machines: Hands-on experience with CNC operations for increased precision.
