We are currently seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securely attaching collars to various garments, ensuring high standards of quality and precision are met. An eye for detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sewing techniques to securely attach collars.
• Inspect and measure garments to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain sewing machines and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in training new staff on sewing operations and safety procedures.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workspace to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational certification in sewing or garment production preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in textile manufacturing or garment production.
