Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Field Researcher to join our team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be involved in conducting field studies, compiling data, and providing valuable insights for various projects. This role is essential in driving our research initiatives and contributing to impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of research protocols and methodologies.
  • Collect and manage field samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share research insights.
  • Prepare technical documents and presentations for external stakeholders.
  • Engage in field trials and ensure accurate data capture.
  • Continuously assess and improve research processes.
  • Represent the organisation in external research collaborations.
  • Assist in training new staff on field research techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geography, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant field experience
