Job Description

As a Pump Operator (Pump Runner), you'll be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of various pumping systems. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on all pumping systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Ensure that all tools and materials are available for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in pump operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship in pump systems is preferable.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in utilities or industrial settings preferred.

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems understanding

Languages

• English: Fluent
