Job Description
As a Road Supervisor, you'll oversee and manage road operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety. You will lead a team of road workers while liaising with local authorities and stakeholders to maintain and improve road infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the road operations team in accomplishing monthly targets.
Engage with community stakeholders about road projects.
Analyse and report on traffic flow and safety data.
Develop training programs for team members on safety procedures.
Manage and resolve conflicts on the job site.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations during road works.
Requirements
Education
Professional certification in Transportation Management is preferable

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
