Road Supervisor

Job Description

As a Road Supervisor, you'll oversee and manage road operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety. You will lead a team of road workers while liaising with local authorities and stakeholders to maintain and improve road infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the road operations team in accomplishing monthly targets.
• Engage with community stakeholders about road projects.
• Analyse and report on traffic flow and safety data.
• Develop training programs for team members on safety procedures.
• Manage and resolve conflicts on the job site.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations during road works.

Requirements

Education

• Professional certification in Transportation Management is preferable

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
