Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our projects in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of project management methodologies and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and execute projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee the daily operations of project teams.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with organisational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings for project development.
• Conduct risk assessments to proactively address challenges.
• Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and bids.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in project management roles, preferably in the consulting sector
