Job Description

We are seeking a Public Policy Analyst with a strong background in policy research and analysis. This role involves evaluating existing policies, conducting data analysis, and providing recommendations to enhance public policy frameworks. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with stakeholders and communicating complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate policy initiatives and assess their socio-economic impacts.
  • Prepare briefing materials for senior management and policy makers.
  • Coordinate with governmental and non-governmental organizations for policy alignment.
  • Facilitate public workshops and forums to discuss policy issues.
  • Draft legislative proposals and amendments.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of national and international policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Policy or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a policy research role or similar capacity
