Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Wellness Program Coordinator to lead our employee health initiatives in Doncaster. Your role will include designing and implementing wellness programs, fostering a culture of health within the organisation, and promoting various wellbeing strategies for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Create a wellness strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and specialists to facilitate programs.
• Implement communication strategies to promote wellness offerings.
• Foster a positive learning environment to encourage employee participation.
• Utilise analytics to assess health trends and inform program development.
• Maintain knowledge of wellness best practices and legal regulations.
• Organise team-building activities that emphasise health and wellbeing.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in health and wellness program design

Technical Skills

• Health Promotion
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD)
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in coordinating wellness or health promotion programs in an organisation.
• Knowledge of health technology tools: Familiarity with tools for health tracking and program management.
